What we collect

Your name, email, and password (stored as a secure hash), the text of the files you upload, your questionnaire answers, the newsletters we write for you, and basic usage events such as sign-ups and completed projects. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To write your newsletters, run your account, process payments, answer support requests, and improve the service. Uploaded files are read in your browser, and only the extracted text reaches our servers.

AI processing

Your text is sent to Anthropic's Claude to plan and write your issues. It is not used to train AI models.

What we never do

We never sell your information or your content.
